Enppi and Technip sign MoU for Cooperation on Energy Transition
Under the patronage of H.E Engineer Tarek El-Molla , Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt, Enppi and Technip-Italy (TPIT) have joined forces by sealing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Dr. Marco Villa, Chairman of Technip Italy (TPIT) and Eng. Ashraf Bahaa, Chairman and CEO of Enppi as a step forward cooperation towards the energy transition era; leveraging their longstanding mutually fruitful cooperation in O&G Projects for more.
The cooperation of both Parties will allow them to gain competitiveness and flexibility sharing their experiences to conquer the energy transition market in alliance with Egypt’s Vision 2030 through implementing the strategy of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, whereas Enppi is the technical engineering arm of the Egyptian petroleum sector with its extensive experience in the field of engineering services, and EPC projects for the petroleum, gas, petrochemicals industries and other process industries in Egypt, MENA region and worldwide; and Technip-Italy (TPIT) as one of the affiliated companies of Technip Energies focusing on developing the know-how, technologies, financing relationships, in supporting the Energy Transition initiatives, with its daily growing world-wide experiences in specific technology solutions and project execution approaches.
Both companies recognized that their combined expertise addresses the complete needs of the Environmental Energy Transition with the application of its main pillars to help the industry transformation through energy related projects starting from Egypt to expand worldwide by developing the potential initiatives to explore, identify and start improving the industries.
